Quick Excel Tip: Transpose

Did you know that you can easily switch rows and columns of a list of values in an instant by copy-paste using transpose option ?

It is very easy to switch rows and columns of a list of values using transpose in excel. All you need to do is to select and copy your values, than paste (special) them anywhere you want with transpose.

Here is how it is done:

1-Copy your list:

2- Paste special using  with transpose() from paste options:

You’ll see that columns are replaced with rows and rows replaced with columns.
